Return Trip/Second Time Around
Took car into shop & it was there over week end for total of 5 days! Initial problem was the sound of car. Paid well over $1100 to get car but it still had loud sound. Took back after about a week. After test drive problem was diagnosed that should have been corrected on first trip. Long story short it was corrected after paying another $150 for parts only as they did waive labor charge, but was disappointed that it required second trip to get it done correctly.

Professional and Reliable Service
Josh found the cause of my A/C problem. He offered two solutions. One was to replace a $1,000 A/C line, the other option was to send the line to another shop to be patched. For my older vehicle, I chose the later option. The result is a much needed ice cold A/C system. Thanks Josh and Nate and all the folks at Team-One.

Installing Struts on 2008 Buick Lucerne
I have used Team One Automotive in the past and have always given them 5 stars. This time I will only give them 4 stars due to several reasons: (1) If you tell someone you are going to call them back then do that (2) I think the person that looked at my car originally should of noticed that this car had Magnetic controlled struts - there is a wire connector going to this strut- the car struts were removed and then the parts had to be ordered-- I did not have use of this car for 6 days. I could of driven this car instead while the parts were being ordered. The original magnetic controlled strut - is very expensive (around $1800) + labor + alignment. Overall Team One Automotive worked with me on this problem and they installed Strutmaster struts for this car.

Spoke with Gregg's wife. She said they kept promising the vehicle would be ready, and that the part was on the way. It took them 2 weeks to service the vehicle. The first part they received was bad so they had to find another one. She had to rent a vehicle to go on vacation. No one kept her updated throughout the service. It is not their fault that they could not get a part, but it is their fault that they did not follow up. She would not use the again. An employee she worked with was rude and he did not acknowledge her.
