Where do I begin. I went in and looked at a truck for my husband. I found a double cab Silverado that he would like. He loved the truck but wanted a Crew Cab. We were told that truck would be. $4-5k more. We were never told about Truck Month coming where this truck would be feasible. We drove the truck they gave us and decided to go elsewhere. We drove to Florida and not only did my husband get his Silverado Crew Cab, but he got it for $7k less then what this dealership wanted to sell it for. Not to mention they advised only one bank approved us. When the other dealer went looking it seems that there were more than one and they wanted more money down, but this was NEVER expressed to us and would not have been a problem. Long story short. Please shop around and don’t accept what they say. Had we not waited we would have bought a truck for more money and it would not have been the one we wanted. It’s obvious that this dealership was after a sell more than after what the customer wanted. Sad we had to take that money out of our community, but glad I did. Now we have a happy husband and his brand new 2018 Silverado Crew Cab that had 8 miles on it. Your lost Team One!
