Update
Since my post, I have learned that Jose is no longer with the dealership. We spoke with Justin, and he assured us he would send the mats to us. They arrived today! Like I said previously, they are a wonderful group of people to deal with other than Jose. Now that he is gone, I would highly recommend them.
