Gerald said he was not happy with the overall experience with Thoroughbred Collision Center because he has to take the vehicle back. They did not buff out the hood. Therefore, he was not satisfied with the paint work performed. He also said there was no body work performed. They did not repair his vehicle to his satisfaction on the first visit and he has to come back. His vehicle was not returned in a clean condition because they did not vacuum and they did not clean the mats and the windows. As a result of this visit, he will not recommend this facility to others.
