James said he rated his overall experience with this business a 3 because the personnel were not customer friendly. The vehicle was not returned in a clean condition because there were greasy dirt marks on the seat covers. He was not satisfied with courtesy and professionalism because the experience was like walking into McDonald's and dealing with the young kids. He would not recommend this business because of the lack of customer service.
