Kimberly said she was unhappy with the condition in which her vehicle was sent back to her. The bumper is pushing into one of the headlights and there are some bubbles in the paint job. She would not recommend her insurance company because they have not done a good job at handling her claim and they would not communicate with her about the issue with her bumper. All these reasons listed are why she would not recommend this facility. They did not repair her vehicle to her satisfaction on her first visit because they had left a part as well as some screws lying on top of the motor. The battery was also dead and one of her tires had a flat. She also noticed her headlights were replaced with aftermarket headlights.
