Ashlyn said she found that the painters did not remove the antenna when they painted and it is noticable. She is not planning to have this flaw redone.

Hello Ashlyn-Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience at our Thoroughbred Auburn location. Understanding that vehicle has been repaired prior and that the antenna was glued and masked off at the time of that repair not performed by us, we would typically not want to disrupt the area of prior paint work which could then cause larger problem. We are glad to hear of your recommendation and overall satisfaction with our services. Giving our customers top quality service is our number 1 priority and hopefully our immediate steps to resolve the concerns has ensured a positive experience. We want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business.
Sincerely,
Leonard L
