Danielle said this business originally told her they would take a week and a half to do the repairs. They took a total of three weeks. Towards the end of the repair she filed a complaint with them against the Better Business Bureau because they told her they wouldn't be done until mid-November. They had trouble finding the piece. It would have taken them a month to get started on that piece. She had no way of getting to work or getting her son to school. When they found the part it was great. She said when they detailed her vehicle it seemed like they hired a bunch of children to clean it out. They stuffed everything she had in her vehicle into black garbage bags and threw it in the back of her vehicle. She had phone chargers and other personal belongings in the vehicle that she can't find now. She said the employee at the front desk were very nice. The personnel were very friendly to her. She was glad to have gotten her vehicle back when she did.
