Lisa said the repairs seemed very slow and she wasn't kept informed by Progressive or this business. She said she left her vehicle for Progressive to pick up with the keys under the mat in a bad part of town. They were supposed to pick it up in two hours, but they didn't. She said she left her vehicle overnight until she called the next day to ask them if they were going to pick it up. The vehicle was ready two weeks late because they found additional damage. The insurance company could have communicated better. She never had any contact with the staff and she never saw the business.
