Kari said the business had horrible communication and it was the worst she had experienced in a long time. She said they told her they do follow-up calls every other day, but she did not receive a phone call at all and she had to call them to remind them to call her. She also stated that the vehicle was late on getting repaired as it sat in the facility for two days before the process began. When she got her vehicle back there was a foot print on the seat, and she expected it to be completely cleaned. Overall the service was good, but the communication was very poor. She would not recommend them due to this experience.
