Suggestion. Maybe you could clean the inside windows for the seniors who would have a lot of trouble doing it themselves.

Great place! Knowledgeable people. Been going there for 8 years, 70,000 miles. Sometimes have to wait awhile but better then taking a chance on some yehoo at Jiffy lube.

"LOVE that Early Bird Speical!"
I love that I can arrive early....being only the 2nd car in the port and use my EARLY BIRD special coupon to get 20% off my oil change bill. Everyone is very efficient and courteous. They even vacuum my front seat floor mats-- how cool is that. I did not track the time it took, but I got to my 9am doctor appointment with an hour to spare!

I moved to Oly recently and needed recall work done on my Sonata. Made my appointment, waited in the waiting room for a very reasonable time. I was very pleased with the Service staff and will certainly return for further serviced needed to keep my car in great shape. Thanks again guys!!

"Sick Lobby "
The people were very patient and helpful, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't understand. The lobby was comfortable and was playing the Food Network, which is an excellent choice if we're being real. I was expecting to be there for much longer, but they were quick and accommodating. Plus their vending machines had the soda I like so win/win!

"In both sales and service departments, most of the employees are friendly and easy to work with."
We bought our 2017 Elantra new...Coralie was our salesperson. She is one of the best all around salespersons we have ever dealt with. We were a bit nervous when we took the car in for the first oil change because we had heard that the service department was not that great. We were very pleasantly surprised...it was a very great experience! Titus-Will is definitely our choice for new car purchases and service in the future!!

"Fast and friendly:"
Went in for an oil change and to sort out a sensor issue, and they got to it immediately and I was out the door and on my way.
My only complaint is that changed every settiing in my vehicle, including the headlights, seat, fan, mirrors, defrost and left a hand print in the dust on my dash and never put it back... I would suggest that they make a note and reset customer settings if they're going to change them (for whatever purpose).
