I just wanted to take time to commend Lisa Martin in the service department for her great customer service! Lisa is great at getting you in on time and taking care of you, without making you feel “rushed “. She made sure that I understood everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. She was also spot on with the time estimate for the repair! She makes me feel like an important customer, even though I am only there once, or twice a year. Her attention to detail, and people are excellent. Towne Volkswagen is very blessed to have her.
