Called in advance to check if I need an appointment for oil change. They said no appointment and they have a special going on right now for $29.99 or free if the oil change is not done in an hour. Drove to Toyota of Portland just to find out that it will take 2 hours and the special applies only if you schedule an appointment. This special is BS as you don't need appointment for just an oil change.
