William said he had his vehicle towed and taken to the business to have the starter replaced. The staff replaced the starter and gave him a new key that didn't work. He was told they would need to reprogram the new key, that it would cost more to do that, and so he ended up having a generic key made. He stated they didn't inform him about how they would have to reprogram his key, or that they wouldn't be able to fix his vehicle within the same day that it was taken to the business. There was an issue when he received his vehicle back. There was some cosmetic damage done to the bumper and under tray. The damage wasn't there before his vehicle was taken to the business for repairs.

Lois said she had been to another parenting business and her experience was wonderful. However, she did not have the same experience at this business. She stated she felt like she was being blackmailed. She was not under the impression that sales tax was included in the labor charge. She said she thought if she had come back and gotten the work done, they would not include the diagnostic fee but they did. She said she was extremely disappointed.

Brake job

 Sorry about the bad review, but the price was exactly was you was quoted. Every shop has shop supplies and sales taxes.So stop by the store and i will refund the difference,because we want all of customers to be completely satisifed.
