Matt said this business could have been more organized. He dropped off vehicle on a Thursday and they still hadn't looked at it by Friday. About an hour after his call on Friday they called back and said it was done. When he arrived he found they hadn't even started on it. The vehicle wasn't done until Monday.

John brought his vehicle in for a diagnostic. We checked over the vehicle and found several issues the customer declined to repair the vechicle at this time.The customer was charged a diagnostic fee for looking over the vehicle. We strive to be very competitive with our pricing at the same time to provide the highest quality parts and service available to our customers

Richard said on the last visit, he was told of some things needed for his vehicle which were not really needed. He was quoted a price of about $3,000. There was about $2,500 worth of stuff that was not needed. For certain things he would recommend this business.

Customer came in due to the fact that his check engine light was on we did a diagnostic test that showed that the catalyic converter and a tune up was needed to be done to fix the check engine light. While the customer was here we informed him that factory recommended maintenance was due for the mileage on the vehicle; including timing belt kit, water pump, and a fuel system service.

Jacob said the price was high. They said his vehicle was unsafe to drive. It took 1 hour to change the pin rods and they charged $90. He stated he could do it in 30 minutes and felt ripped off. He would not recommend this business due to the reason mentioned.

Not the usual service.
I have been bringing our vehicles here for many years for various services. I have always been very happy. This last visit, however was disappointing. I had a trailer hitch installed and an oil change done on my 2012 Lexus RX 350. The trailer hitch was installed to my expectations, but the oil change was not. After the oil change we had a leak, brought it back and it was fixed. Apparently they tightened some bolt in the oil pan. I can not tell you how annoying it is to have things done twice. I appreciate the quick remedy to the oil leak, but what I don't appreciate is it happening in the first place. Please tell the person who did the oil change to slow down and check these things before releasing the car to the customer.

Steve said he went in to have them repair his air conditioner at 8:45AM. He initially was told the work would only take one and a half hours but this business ordered the wrong part, which made his wait longer. He finally got his vehicle back at 12:30PM. He got a better deal because the part they wound up using was more expensive but they charged him the price of the original part that was wrong. They did not communicate to him about the delay and he had to go ask them what was going on. He would not recommend them to others based on this experience and the reasons mentioned.

Customer replaced the coolant over flow bottle prior to coming in. He wanted us to diagnose why his car was over heating. The technician found that the cooling system was not bled out correctly which caused an air pocket, which was the cause of the over heating problem. Several tries to remove the air were attempted to insure air was removed. Customer was recommended to replace radiator cap and top off coolant. Car was driven for long test drive to make sure there are no more problems.

Do to partical aftermarket lift kit adjustments to alignment were made as close to manufacture specification as possible. Customer was notified of additional charges to make adjustment prior to alignmet. note:Customer needs aftermarket upper control arms to correct any more issues or adjustment to vechicle.
