I just bought a used 2018 Genesis G90 Ultimate with 30,000 miles and had it serviced at Genesis of Irvine. I live in Huntington Beach, so the drive was not ideal, however due to the change in policy at the local HB dealer (no longer servicing Genesis) I had to make the trip. It turned out to be a pleasant one.
The greeting by Adrian, service rep and Tony , Service Manager was a fantastic experience. Tony took time out to give history of dealership and their service philosophy, as well as, plans for the future. Adrian was prompt, informative and updated all of my ownership information. The car was serviced timely manner . Tony and Adrian were personable, friendly.. Genuine!
I will be coming back and will consider Genesis of Irvine my go to dealer.
