Ulmer's always listens to what the customer wants. They are never pushy or try to over sell anything. The Bumper to Bumper is incredibly thorough and the over all customer service is incredible.

As usual, I was treated very well by Ulmer's Auto Care. I needed shift lever bushings replaced on my 2005 Saab. I received a quote from them, which I thought was totally fair. When the work was completed I got a message that the manufacturer's parts didn't quite fit properly. They were able to construct their own for me, and for substantially less money than the estimate. The car works great! I highly recommend them.

From the time you enter the door to drop off your car, to the time of pick-up, Ulmer's staff is friendly, courteous and above all, trustworthy. I appreciate that they do not try to sell service that is unnecessary, but do alert you to any potential need to consider in the future. When there is an issue that needs attention, they explain in terms I can understand, and if available, provide other options. I found the service checklist is thorough and much more reasonable than the dealer I had previously used.
