First let me say that my G70 is fantastic and at the time I bought the car my sales man was great. My issue came 4 months after purchase. I was on the Florida turnpike and unfortunately hit something in the road causing a flat tire. I have not had to use any of the equipment for a flat tire since the purchase. When I went to change the tire I was missing a part of the jack so I could not lift the car. After two hours of waiting someone finally stopped to help but when I got the car lifted and grabbed the spare tire the spare was flat. Finally after 4 hours I got rolling again. I called Genisis and spoke with Billy and he explained what was going on and his comment was "what do you want me to do about it" definitely has left a bad taste. Hey Billy how about offering me the piece to the jack that's missing so if it happens again I can change the tire. I will buy another Genisis but not from Universal Genisis
