Robert said there are still some repairs that are unfinished. He mentioned that when he took the vehicle in he told them about the power steering pump and the SRS light. The business repaired the power steering pump but, not the SRS light. They wanted to charge him $90 for the labor alone. He stated that he believes this charge is unfair. Due to his experience he would not recommend the business for service.

Jose said he has been a customer of this business for 12-13 years and has always been pleased. However, he had brought his vehicle in several months ago to see how much it would be to have a transmission put in. Then he brought his vehicle in to get that done and Dennis, at the front desk, told him that the estimate that was given did not get put in the computer and the new estimate was almost $500 more. He added that he would only refer someone to this business if they got the estimate in writing and a second opinion first. He mentioned that he has spent almost $20,000 with this business over the years and now feels the relationship they had is over.
