Dean said the business has a high turnover rate. They completed an oil change in his vehicle. Even though they had advertised the rate of $9.99 he knew it would be extra because of the size of his vehicle. Dana, the manager, understood he wanted to go with the synthetic blend oil. He agreed to the extra cost. However, the invoice reads standard motor oil. He said he felt that he had been charged for synthetic, but given standard. They have not returned his call.

Good job on teh work performed.
The only issue I have is when I tried to set up an appointment last Wednesday for a Saturday appointment on your Aurora store. I got on line on Wednesday and your system allowed me to set up a 7:00 am appointment and a secondary appointment for 7:15 am. I arrived there at 10 minutes to 7:00 and waited. Dana there manager arrived at about 7:10.... and told me that they don't really open till 8:00 am. Why would your system allow me to set up a 7:00 am appointment and your store not open till 8:00 am?

Review
Had a resister in the heater messing up the fan and they replaced it and the control head. Works fine now. This resister went out before and took it to the dealer who replaced it but did not check the control head so it burnt out again.
