A/C repair
I did finally get my AC worked on by the AC mechanic, unfortunately it took me 3 days/times for that to happen, mostly because their AC mechanic was at another store when they told me to bring it in to their store. I think Dennis is a good guy and has a good heart, but in this case he fell a bit short of both his and my expectations. I will still use Walts because I their work is good.

replace struts
I had Walt's replace struts on my 2006 vibe. They agreed to meet or beat any price and they were good to their word! They were fast and professional. Dennis is a great location manager.

Generally very good service and very good prices.
They have done excellent by my Toyota Previa over the years, not always so good with my finicky 2003 Caddy. Very good with exhaust related stuff and keeping the price very reasonable.

Denise was very good and seemed to know his stuff. Unfortunately my car didn't get fixed, apparently it needs more diagnostic trouble shooting that they had time for Saturday. But I have mad an appointment for the following Saturday.

Curtis said his experience was excellent, and the customer service and the price was excellent. Their generosity, the staff, the job they did and everything was excellent and his vehicle is doing real well. He will be using this facility for more work and he will be his regular mechanic. On a previous visit, they replaced a sensor but it did take care of the issue and they gave him back his money and were very good to him.

Kevin said he had an appointment with this business for an oil change however they did not take his vehicle back for another 30 to 40 minutes after his appointment time. The delay was caused by an employee who did not show up for their shift on time. He claimed aside from the delay the service was good, they provided good information and the oil change was done quickly. He would recommend them for service only if he did not encounter that kind of delay again.
