Great work...however, unbearable wait on uncomfortable chairs
Walt's Brakes is extremely knowledgeable and does good work. However the extremely long wait times (5 hours) did cause my husband to be in excruciating pain the following day from sitting on the hard waiting room chairs. Came for an oil change and window washer pump. Told receptionist when making appointment what was needed but still had to get it delivered. Recommend that you drop off your vehicle for service if possible. They really are great, but apparently busy.

I come to Walt's Brake beacuse of Walt and I trust him to not lead me into expenses that are not warrented.
I didn't ask but would like to have had an idea of the time frame, arrived around 8:30 and picked up vehicle around 4:30, made it difficult to plan the day with spouse, was on MLK day so I did not work. Overall not a big issue, would not keep me from coming back.
