Jason said this business tried to fix his brother's vehicle but it got worse. He also had brought in another vehicle before and it was not fixed.

Randy W. at Whitty'z Diesel and Auto Repair responded on 02/03/2014

Michael was the owner of the vehicle in question and is the brother of Jason. WE worked on his Dodge Ram 2500 and replaced the front suspension parts after they had broken and caused what is know as the death wobble. We did this job per OEM requirements and then had a front end alignment. Then Michael broght in his Chevy Silverado with a High Idle issue. We tried cleaning the throttle body to make sure it wasn't due to a sticking throttle blade; we tried a throttle position relearn and that did not work either. We explainded that to Michael when he picked it up. We also explainded that what was probably needed was an OEM reflash and we do not have the Capability to do that procedure. At that time I asked Michael to bring his Dodge Ram back in as he was still experiencing a slight wobble or shimmy and we would fix it. He said he would but then I never heard from him. We will fix both vehicles at no addition cost to Michael if it is something we did to the vehicle. All he has to do is come back in.
