Very pleased!
As always, the folks at Wideners have exceeded expectations. They did what was necessary to get my vehicle fixed as quickly as possible, in order to keep me safe on the road! Each time I receive an estimate of cost it somehow ends up less. Everyone there does an exceptional job. Very pleased!!

Very good customer service
I was very happy with the customer service of this place. They stay very busy, so it took a few days for them to get to my car, but when they did they kept me up to date with what was going on and in the end, found and fixed the problem.

Fantastic Customer Service!
Fantastic Customer Service! I have been a regular customer for several years. No job is too big or small for Widener. Jim and his staff do a super job of communicating throughout the process. Convenience is another plus. Widener will pick up my vehicle while I am at work and return it before I get off. Fortunately I have not had many emergency situations, but when I have Widener has been there to support me. Thank you.

Great job!
After dealing with another "recommended " shop who could not pinpoint the problem, Widener's diagnosed the problem quickly and now my car runs and preforms like new.

Integrity
They do what they say, they communicate effectively when there is an issue, they are responsive to requests. They give you reminders and heads up on things that you may need to address before it becomes a problem, but there is no "hard sell" on anything. Repairs are timely and there are no surprises. I had repairs, maintenance, tires, etc. done here and each time I have been pleased.
