Great people and great service!
After a harrowing experience at another Hyundai dealer (where I purchased my vehicle), I came to Wilkins for routine maintenance. They are very customer-service oriented and I am very pleased. Both the service and the sales team (especially Sarge) are awesome. I will be buying my next vehicle from them for certain!

Every other dealer in the area was booked for weeks. I was so happy that you guys were able to install my radio so quickly. The convenience of a rental car made it even better. I didn’t have to miss work. Thank you!

Had Recall Service done
Was able to make an appt online (very easy) and they offered a free oil change. What's not to like? They said it should be done by 2:15p (appt was for 1pm) but I didn't get the car back until almost 2:30pm. That in itself was not really a problem; but my wife was waiting to be picked up and she had frozen groceries. So in that respect my expectations were not met, but that would not normally be a problem. Place was clean and waiting area was comfortable, just what I would expect.

Never fails!!
I come from VA but moved near Elmhurst, IL in April, I had to get an oil change after my road trip and wow! they treat my car the same as they did at my former dealership! Super grateful to have this kind of service done on my car!

Great service. I came in Monday about 6:45am to pickup my car before work and the team was so nice. They didn't tell me I had to wait 15 more min. They went to get the car and the office/cashier took care of me
