Great Experience
I've been to Woodcrest Auto a few times before for all the cars. My in-laws use them as well. My water pump seeping was the straw that broke me. I knew that car had some other issues as well; coolant running low at times. Kevin was shocked when I told him the about the coolant issue, since the car never overheated on me. The Cruze is notorious for coolant issues and such, (or so I've read). Kevin had her diagnosed and gave me the verdict. My water pump going out was expected, but I never figured my heater hoses to the to the radiator and water pump would be leaking to. (The car only showed she was leaking from the water pump). Initially they also diagnosed my engine oil filter housing was bad to. I gave the ok to get the car fixed. She was done by the end of the day. I picked her up the next morning. Kevin was great, he informed me that the oil filter housing was good, and upon further inspection it looked like it was leaking due to the water leak from the hoses seeping in the area. He took off that expense from the total bill. That saved me a few hundred in repairs. I appreciated that immensely. Thank you guys for taking car of my car and being upfront about the diagnostics and changes you found and adjusting accordingly.
