Service here been terrible
Service at Woodhouse has been terrible, my grandson 2022 Kona which I Donal Cook turn over to him, been in out of the shop. Went in for loss of oil. They kept trying to charge him for repairs on vehicles still under warranty. They try to charge for a diagnosis dyes and then for spark plugs,400 dollar each. They kept saying he had a misfire in one of the plugs. Must not looked at the plugs. Because one was broken in half with the thread part still in the head. It lost oil so bad once it overheated. And had been towed in. I not happy with the way the service department does their job. I can’t remember the name of the service advisor, but he seemed very rude when I asked about programming a fob for me. He stated he couldn’t program a fob bought on eBay. Another service advisor said it could be done. He sounded upset and stated it would cost $194.00. They notified me that 2025 Santa Cruz coming up for service. But I a little concerned with Woodhouse service department touching it.
