Michael said he was overcharged for parts. He checked on the price of a part and found it for a lot less.. He also was told a part had to be programmed and found out that it comes pre-programmed. He will not return to this facility for service.

Perry said when he took his vehicle there, he told them exactly what was wrong. He was still charged for a diagnostic and the fix.
