Wes said this business took two weeks to finish his vehicle but they did not give him a promise time. He mentioned this business had his vehicle for 6 days before working on it but it was due to the holidays and having to order parts. He could have been driving the vehicle for the 6 days it sat there, instead of this business keeping the vehicle for as long as they did and not working on it as soon as they got the vehicle. He had to spend more money driving his truck and was frustrated with the situation of this business having his vehicle longer due to issues stated above.
