Jose said this business charged him for checking out his vehicle when they didn't work on it. He stated they lied when they told him a ball joint was broken, because when he brought his vehicle to another auto business they informed him the ball joint was not broken. Jose added, the other repair business he brought his vehicle to did not charge him for checking out his vehicle. Because of the above he won't return to this business, nor will he recommend them.
