Always make me feel like they're glad to see me.
This service department always greets me like they're glad to see me. They are always pleasant and obviously genuinely enjoy their jobs. The experience for me is consistently good service, clear and concise information regarding my car's condition and no-pressure suggestions about how to better take care of it. I always wait for the service to be completed in their excellent waiting room, usually offering cookies and always a choice of beverage. I made the right choice after moving here from Illinois when I chose this Hyundai dealer to service my 2012 Santa Fe.

Couldn’t be better
Had a leaky tire, ended up needing all new tires plus some other maintenance needs (which the customer service person did not “sell” me on or make me feel obligated to by any means!). In and out in a day, price was reasonable and job(s) well done.

The Multi-Point Inspection is Great!
I brought my daughter's Elantra in for an oil change and the no charge inspection found that she had only 2 mm of brake shoe left. I thankfully requested that a brake job be done as she has to drive back to Houston in a few days.

Overall great service and comfortable waiting room.
The work was done in a timely manner . All my questions were answered. The waiting room was comfortable with refreshments supplied.
They vacuum your car out and wash it. Not happy with this added feature as they shouldn’t waste the wages on the people that do this work. I keep my car pretty clean but it looked like the guy didn’t even vacuum. I had to do it once I got home. Then the guy that was suppose to wipe down the car after being washed was just lightly twirling his rag in trying to dry the water. As a result, I ended up with water spots all over the car. It looked better when I brought it in than when I got it back. Everything else was good !
