Excellent Service
Had an excellent experience at Havasu Auto Care. Went in for an oil change only to find out they incl
ude a whole inspection on your car with the price of the oil change! They let me know about a couple problems with the car and were able to fix them. Originally told it would take 3 to 4 hours to get my car done, but they got everything done in less than 2 hours.
John helped me at the front desk and he was super nice and informative. They even let me borrow the loaner car while my car was being worked on so I didn't have to wait around and I could go out and explore Lake Havasu (was just passing through the town, so this was a huge bonus).
Would highly recommend this auto care company to anyone looking for great service.

I took my Nissan Xterra here in December of 2020 to resolve some issues with my transmission/radiator
, then came back to have my windshield replaced. I was really impressed with Legacy's efficiency quality of work, and customer service (shout out to Justin, who's the best!). It's sad to say, but as a woman, I've had several mechanics in the Boulder area try to upsell me or rip me off. Legacy treated me with respect, offered me fair pricing, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. My boyfriend, who is very picky about his mechanics, got new tires and wheels installed on his Chevy Silverado here and also now raves about Legacy. We'll be back.

Relatively Quick
I found the smog service was relatively quick and thorough. I appreciate the quick inspection, toppin
g off the tires, and notifying me that my rear brakes were down to 4mm. I'll return the next time I need a smog check.
