I honestly didn't know what to expect from Wayne's. It's a very unsuspecting, small shop. I must say, I am more than impressed with the way their staff conducted themselves. The nice lady who schedules the work for them is friendly, patient, and professional. I also interacted with one of the mechanics who was also friendly, patient, and professional, which as many of us know is a rarity at most shops. On top of that the pricing to do the work I needed was unbeatable and so was the quality. If you're looking for a shop with great customer service and integrity, Wayne's Automotive is the place to go.

Friendly, Knowledgeable
From start to finish, Ryan was outstanding! He was very welcoming when I arrived. He walked me throug
h everything I needed to do to take the loaner vehicle. I asked him to check one more thing on my car while it was there in addition to what was scheduled—he happily added it for them to do. He called me midday to let me know how everything was going and about a couple of additional things that needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and was able to ensure me that my vehicle would drive much better with the recommended work. It required them to keep my car for an additional day, but he was happy to extend the loaner vehicle for me. The work was completed the next afternoon and he was very welcoming once again upon stepping in the building. He talked me through everything that they did and made sure I knew that tire rotations were free for the life of the tire and that I should go ahead and schedule those appointments every 5000 miles and not feel bad for having my vehicle there for such a simple task. Thank you, Ryan for such a great experience!
