The water pump in my Ford Flex 3.5L failed (leaking coolant). This is a big repair job as the water
pump is inside the engine block. I called R&L and this was something they could do. We it got scheduled right away and the work was completed 3 days earlier than planned (7 work days vs.10). I will always call R&L first if I have car troubles I can't handle myself.

As a girl sometimes talking to mechanics can feel frustrating because other places take advantage of my gender and make stuff up or even jack up the price so I have to ask my dad to talk to them for me. This is the only place I’ve found that doesn’t treat me like an idiot and I feel comfortable dealing with things myself.
