Oil Change
As always, TOP NOTCH Service With A Smile. And I never have to worry about having to take my vehicle
back to have the fix fixed. John & Jim are TOP NOTCH mechanics and Patrick and Tammy are always friendly at the front desk to answer questions, schedule appointments, or whatever.
Have I ever recommended them to a friend or neighbor? YOU BET and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again!!

Oh God. Where do we start? All I wanted was my oil gauge sensor fixed and some new windshield wipers.
What did I get? Hot Chick behind the counter fills me on on her psycho "Karen" neighbor and the property line battles in their uppity section of Suamico. Must be nice. I can't afford a log house like Hot Chick has, can you? I'm trying to hold a 320,000-mile Trailblazer together with baling wire and I have to listen to Hot Chick tell me about her Stepford Wives property line battles at their mansions. To make matters worse I had to sit in the lobby with two 70-year-old-plus musicians talking about playing "bee bop music". At that point I was hoping Hot Chick had an ice pick I could jam into my temple. It would have been less painful than that whole experience.

When I arrived there on Friday the place was packed with vehicles to be serviced. I figured maybe 3 o
r 4 days before they got to my car. On Monday I got a call that they were done and my vehicle was ready for me to pick up. Too fast service. To Date, I've had excellent service with reasonable prices. The one I go to is in League City off of I-45, gulf freeway south. Definitely a go to place for your car or truck.

This was a general maintenance visit to R & J. Trustworthy service as always & no pressure for basica
lly unnecessary maintenance. All vehicles of friends & family are taken to R & J when practical.
