I dropped by after getting my 7.3l diesel windshield replaced & safelite tech tightened my battery cable terminal with impact wrench & cracked it in half. Economy diesel replaced both.
They provide prompt quality service on my 7.3L diesel.
My fan belt was starting to squeak after only about 7 months since replacing it at S&M. They replaced
it at no cost to me, since the belt was still under warranty. They definitely back up their work!

When I call, I feel my service is personalized. I feel the work Neil does on my car is the same quali
ty he would do on his wife’s car or his kids!
Neil is by far one of the best mechanics I’ve encountered since I started driving at 16- I’m 50 now and For the past 10 years I feel Neil at east bay offers the best my money can buy, I am never oversold, Neil charges a fair wage for the service he provides! And I feel like I’m treated like a valued customer and a freind.
Neil thank you for your last min service, for your time, for your conversation, for your teaching! Thank you for keeping me Nd my family safe on the road! You have been a blessing in my life in more ways then you will ever know!
Many thanks and my heartfelt appreciation to you and all your employees!
As a mechanic 5 starts aren’t enough You deserve the galaxy!
Thanks again
