Although it took a couple of weeks to get in for an oil change and tire rotation, the overall experie
nce was good. They are professional and courteous. Community Tire is respectful of my time as they took the vehicle right into the service bay at the scheduled time. Prices are reasonable compared to other shops.

I took my car there not knowing what could be wrong. Mr. Robert asked a few questions for understand
ing, then explained all the steps that he would go through. He gave me the diagnostic cost upfront and said once that was done he'd call with the findings.
When he called he told me the problem in a way that anyone could understand. I mean, I know so little about cars but his explanation was very clear. He gave me a very reasonable cost along with my options.
They completed the work on the car when he said they would.
I'm completely comfortable making ANR my go to mechanic shop. Nothing was pushed on me. Noone gave me quotes and guesswork on what could be wrong. Everything was so above board with amazing customer service.
