y and 4 dogs. They let us bring our 4 dogs inside and made us feel very welcome at ease. They could tell we wasn't from around there and treated us genuine . They did not take advantage of us or the situation , helped us promptly to get us on our way with out hurting the pocket book . I would recommend to mom . Excellent people wonderful customer service , professional technicians. They turned a bad experience to one we can now look back and smile on .

The technicians at Eagles Wing Auto did an excellent job repairing an exhaust leak behind the catalyt
ic converter. The bolts had rusted out and the O2 sensor had come out of the exhaust pipe. The sensor was re-inserted and the bolt holes tapped and then new bolts were secured. This was a safety concern because of the exhaust leak and now our Highlander is good as new. David, the office manager, did an excellent job of coordinating the repair process and kept us informed of their progress. I would recommend Eagles Wing Auto to anyone wanting quality repair work on their car at very reasonable prices.

Has taken way too long to get the ABS module. Now that it has been installed, now waiting on tech to
reprogram it.. I must say that service advisor Adrian Gonzales has done a good job keeping me informed under difficult circumstances.

Careful, clean work completed during pandemic times
I appreciate concerns of Longview Auto & Tire Repair workers about servicing cars during our pandemic
. I wiped down my car and my keys with Clorox wipes before leaving my car for repairs. I also appreciate their practice of social distancing when returning my car. I carry Clorox wipes in my car and I wiped down my car and keys again after the repair (seat support was replaced beautifully). I highly recommend Longview Auto & Tire for their quick and excellent work and for their hygienic, healthy work practices.
