Mark and Travis seemingly repaired my 4Runner telepathically when I pulled in the lot. When I walked
in, I felt a strong sense that all was going to be fine. Travis knew why I was there without any verbal communication at all. He just took my keys, raised his eyebrows and handed them back to me. I paid my very fair bill and I was on my way.
