Ron nailed/diagnosed the problem with my Dodge/Chrysler/Ram/Jeep 545RFE transmission in my Commander:
Valvebody Errosion. Lodi Transmission replace the valve body and the rough shift from 3rd to 4th after passing on the highway is gone (used to through me forward).
