I was in desperate need of a battery replacement for my car . Every place I called wanted me to make
an appointment. I called Import Performance LLC and they were able to accommodate me and install my battery the same day. Awesome prompt service and very professional. If I could I would give them a million stars.

I have been taking my 2006 BMW to Fuerst for servicing since I bought it in 2025. Service has always
been fast, courteous, and helpful. I have been unable to drive my car since Fall of 2025 due to a hip injury. When I was released by my doctor, I was anxious to get back on the road. I wanted the car checked over since it had been sitting since last fall and over the winter in my drive way. I asked that it be checked out for service and safety so I could drive it again. In a few days, I got my car back in excellent running condition.
The name is not there but Mitch in Kent location worked on the car.

Once again Kingsman has provided quick and excellent service. I brought my daughter's car in for an o
il change with no appointment before hand. It's not the way I would have chosen, but timing finally worked out for our family and took a chance. As usual Bob and his employees were cheerful and helpful and the car was made ready before the afternoon which was very much appreciated. It's comforting to know there's a place I can bring our vehicles that is safe, clean, and without pressure or weird upselling tactics.
