I brought my Suburban in one time to get all of the brakes done.
When I picked it up they had done t
he front brakes, but said that the back brakes were still in good condition.
That's what I am looking for in a mechanic.

Excellent first-time experience with Japanese Autocare. Chris was especially helpful and straight to
the point. Zero upsell and my car was completed on time.

I started hearing clunking noises when going over bumps. I drove into Motovated and the guys looked a
t the car right away. They assured me it was a quick fix. The longest part of my wait was the time it took for the parts to arrive. While my car was on the lift, the mechanic found a nail in one of my front tires. He inspected the other 3 tires and found another nail. He patched both tires for me. I feel safer now, thanks to his quick search. Nobody likes to have to go to the mechanic, but when I have to go, I make sure it's Motovated. I trust them to do a great job.
