I had a 3 year warranty on my transmission, The warranty expired over a month and it was beyond the m
ilage as well, John honored anyway installed another one , since it was a 97 dodge ram parts were hard to find but john reached out all over to find the parts and made it happen and also replaced other parts under the carriage that had nothing to do with the transmission, God bless John, his wife and his crew. I know mechanics get a bad rap. But John is one of the last of the great mechanics who are still left in this world today, Thank you John I will never forget and always recomend you!!!!
