I found my sales person (Glen) to be very attentive and knowledgeable. He was personable, accessible,
and worked late into a Friday evening to address our concerns. The dealership kindly accepted our offer knowing that they were accepting less than than the true value of the car. Every aspect of our purchase was A-plus. We did all of the transaction via telephone and shipped the car to Albuquerque. They were even kind enough to fix small wheel issues as good will. This was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. This car was purchased for our son who is in college. He (we) hopes to hit it big in the film industry. Jim and the rest of the service department did a great job installing new running boards on my vehicl
e. They also did an oil change and tire rotation at the same time and advised me that though the tires have some life left on the tread, it would be a good idea to consider new tires in the fall. I appreciate them letting me know about future issues.
