Well It Finally Happened....Had To Source and Buy New Headlights For My 18 Year Old Truck

Hey, did you know that if you have to source parts for your soon to be vintage truck that Universal Service Center will install them for you at very reasonable labor costs? And, that the will check those parts (in my case, new headlights) to insure they are the correct parts? Well, the high-beam bulbs I received were the wrong color and the new ballasts did not fit. So, Universal sourced new bulbs from Amazon and were able to utilize my old ballasts. What a great crew you'll find at Universal....all headed up by Rubens, Gil, Flavio and Marco!

The Best Automobile I've ever owned. It still runs as smoothly as the first day I owned it. You get what you pay for. I've always heard that expression, but now know how true it is. Overall, I've had considerably less upkeep and repair expenses, over the years, than I did with a much cheaper Auto

I love this vehicle and very hard for me to let go

Great for a big family great for carrying lots of kids equipment and groceries, only down fall not to great on gas and small parts break down a lot which cause a lot of repair expensive but all in all I love this vehicle

BEST VEHICLE I'VE EVER OWNED....

With 184,000 miles and 15 years old, I am still impressed with the reliability and dependability of my 2004 Escalade. Yes, it has required good upkeep and had a few more expensive repair requirements, but having reliable Universal Service Center's car-care has been a life-saver and vehicle-saver for me. When I retired in 2010, I just couldn't justify replacing this vehicle. It ran great then and runs great now!! I have no plans to ever sell it.

BEST VEHICLE I'VE EVER OWNED....THANKS TO UNIVERSAL SERVICE CENTER

Now with 177K miles, my 2004 Escalade operates in "like new" condition. I have absolutely NO desire to ever sell or trade this outstanding SUV. It has required very little other than "normal" maintenance, which has been performed by Universal Service Center on a regular mileage "due date" basis. If you want "trustworthy" service at a reasonable cost, I highly recommend Flavio and Ruben and the team at Universal Service Center.

2004 Escalade

Bought it used with 100k miles on it. I have put 12k miles on it I need the large engine because I pull a boat as often as I can. I have been pleased with the performance, I can get 19 MpG on a road trip! Not bad for a 6.0L engine!!
