Rust!

I only have 78,000 miles on this 2001 tracker. I would think it would last in mileage then the bottom so rusted,it will be it's last year driving. Other than the rust I was perfectly satisfied with this car

Drives nice has 4 wheel drive nice interor good power good vision nice and warm has a/c windows gives good vision good for farm work hualing tools hauling dogs to vet carring trash down to recycle looks good

Highly reliable, durable, 4x4 great on winter & off-road terrains, but 4 cylinder model is a bit sluggish and mediocre mileage (approx. 19mpg combined).

I've had my 4x4 Tracker for 13 years and only had to deal w/ one major repair (rear wheel bearing), and a small number of minor issues like the alternator (1x) and inline fuel filter (1x). It has been exceptionally reliable, whether i'm driving on the highway, in town, mountain snow passes, or rough off-road terrain. In hindsight, particularly given the mediocre MPG, I would recommend the V6 instead of the sluggish V4 engine. I bought it in nearly new condition with only 1500 miles on it and now has almost 175,000. Regardless, a great value vehicle.
