Pros and cond

Compact and good on gas mileage Not enough room on the drivers side and there is no on the drivers door where you can put a drink Replace tires at 18,000 miles The drivers door is hard to open for an older woman

The saleswoman was very informed

Was well educated and informed about what she was talking about the product But she failed to inform me that the tires would only last18,000 miles I was on a trip to new braunfels and had a blow out as I was leaving San Antonio the tire just came apart I was lucky enough to get someone to change my tire. When I took my tire in to the discount tire they informed me that they were inexpensive tires and that we would be to my advantage to replace all the tires because I would have the same problem because of the heat and wear and tear.

Mixed Feelings About the 2020 Trax

The Trax’s size is small (which I love) however there are a few things I don’t like about the Trax. First being the trunk. IT’S WAY TOO SMALL. I can only fit 4 grocery bags at max in the trunk with absolutely no other room for anything else. It drives nice and I really do enjoy the smaller vehicle. The second issue is the LOUD fan. Whether it’s the air or heat on it is so loud that you cannot hear the radio or the person next to you clearly. Would I purchase a Trax again...probably not unless those two issues are fixed.
