Annoying vibration

I like the car very much. Dissatisfied that the car vibrates when driving over 60. Dissatisfied that digital key does not work. Breaks started making squeaking sound last month. Digital key only works for a few weeks. To many issues for a brand new luxury car.

Great car, beautiful styling, great ride

Almost the perfect EV. An additional 20% range would be desirable. One annoying problem that I'm sure Genesis will fix eventually (the charging port overheats at 48A and automatically reduces accepted current and prolongs charging time; charging does complete successfully overnight - its just annoying...).

GV60 great Car, terrible dealerships

Car was home delivered damaged, refused to correct or take the car back. Was told "very liberal turn in policy, so don't worry". Not what I expected from a "luxury brand", total damaged estimate was $14.5k (including 3 curbed wheels). I think this will probably be our last Genesis, dealerships are too much Hyundai and not what we are used to with other higher end dealerships.

My GVC60

I purchased my 2023 GV60 just as they were coming on the market. I love the exterior and interior design and color combination. The quality of the car is excellent . The car performs well both in town and on the highway. The safety features are outstanding. I had considered the Cadillac Lyric but found this car superior with all that it offered. The service from the dealers has been fantastic. I receive compliments on it from strangers while out. I highly recommend this car if you are looking for an electric vehicle that is stylish , excellent safety features, gives you all the bells and whistles for a high end vehicle.

Great car

Quirky exterior, but a great car. Much larger inside than expected and very comfortable. Size of an SUV, but drives like a car. Straight line performance is great, but it excels in comfortable cruising. The only improvement that could be recommended is the awkward trunk hatch design with bad visibility, and oversized wheels.

Beautiful car with outstanding power

My first electric car and Genesis made my decision exceptional. From the dealership experience and the personalized service Global provided, I am more than happy. The GV60 is powerful and beautiful. I truly feel like a King when driving. The features are spectacular and the sound system is wonderful.

First and last Genesis

Car has been great HOWEVER the lack of service locations and in inability to use the valet BENEFIT means this was my first and last genesis. I even considered moving my car to 2nd home and had a worse experience at that service center. Help desk offered no solutions and now I am forced to drive over 1 hour each way for service. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I love this car

Great Luxury car. It's got a great exterior style, turns heads. It's rare enough to be unusual, in a good way. It handles very well, is nearly silent on the road and the interior is extremely comfortable. The interior is roomy and very luxurious. Some of the appointments are killer... like the glove 'drawer'. Tech is great, but can be klugie at times. Service and dealerships should meet the luxury standard. They don't, as they are mostly Hyundai dealers / service centers.

Key fob ruins entire experience.

Since the basic functionality of a key fob that does not link to an individual user profile is missing, the entire set of features and capabilities of this car is diminished, making the entire driving experience poor from the moment one opens the door and then has to manually set all of the basic things like seat presets, etc...

great car

i cannot say less about this car. it has everything, looks design, sound system, range and extremely elegant looks both interior and exterior. i just love driving this car. the car has an amazing color- hanauma mint and looks like a hybrid of porsche and jaguar and merecedes. in my opinion.

The BEST EV on the market

I’m very impressed with the performance, features quality of manufacture and service received with my GV60 automobile. Coming n from BMW I think the value option of this car far exceeds my experience with the German steel look no further for a super comfortable, fun to drive experience.

Best EV on the market for the price, better than tesla imo

This car handles better, has buttons and is fairly priced assuming you find msrp prices. Only downside is the charging network that's never really reliable. This car requires some software updates like like auto locking doors and navigation through android auto

Genesis GV60

Owning the car for 12 months so far. Enjoying the every day commute, and some few long-distance trips. The ride quality, power, and comfort are at the same level as new. This car is very well tuned. Brakes are quick, kind of aggressive, but reliable. Energy recuperation is very well handled with static and adaptive settings, and helps save the brake pads. The interior is very quiet and comfortable. The exterior is amazing, and it will make this car look modern for a long time. Also 3 years of free fast charging and complementary scheduled maintenance is a great value.

Great vehicle, fantastic design and luxury, needs charging enhancements

This car has become the family's favorite car to ride in and travel anywhere, so smooth, fantastic modern appointments and technical features. The only one hiccup is charging ability during warm days and the need to charge at a lower throttled rate, that flaw needs to be fixed to make it a flawless vehicle

Buy the car, not the people

Genesis makes some of the most intriguing luxury vehicles on the road today, but their dealership network is not well trained on their products. Service overall is not up to the standard of the competition, such as BMW, Mercedes, or Lexus. Good luck with future visits to their dealers, scheduled or otherwise.

I love the car wish the range was more. Interior is showing its age . I should have gotten a darker color. I love the driving and all of the tech in the car. I wish the car had hda2. This is my first all electric car and I am loving it so far. It feels like I am driving any other car.

Genesis GV60 - Korea's Answer to German Engineering

The Genesis brand is right there, on par with most German automakers, if not superior in some aspects. I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality, performance and styling of these cars, along with the features and reliability. Highly recommend considering a Genesis when in the market for a high-line vehicle. I can say confidently, that Lexus, Infinity and Acura are no where close in comparison to Genesis, however, the Germans are still King...but Genesis is definitely challenging the thrown!

It's nice but...

Overall, it's fairly nice. It has nice features, drives well, and feels pretty luxurious. Unfortunately, I've had two immediate issues within in 3 months of ownership. One major part (the regenerative braking paddle) did not work and had to get replaced. Also there is a recall for replacing the front passenger side seatbelt for safety issues. This isn't great for a brand new luxury car, and I'm worried if other problems may emerge in the future. If I didn't experience these issues I would have rated it higher as I would have had no reason to doubt its reliability. Genesis is really trying to cement itself as a luxury brand,

Design /performance Are the pros for this vehicle. The cons are Small inconveniences (squeaky brakes, wind noise, navigation not detailed enough) This vehicle was somewhat expensive and overall I like it a lot. I don’t think I would ever buy a first year model again, because there were a lot of kinks that needed to be worked out.
