Mixed feelings
I am very happy with the car , drive-ability, looks, safety features. I am upset with activation of connected services account and activation of car. Customer service was made aware at delivery, after 3 weeks, I had to get NCA involved. It took an additional 2 weeks, 5 weeks total , numerous phone calls, emails, screenshots. I feel my case was handled with no sense of urgency. Very frustrating and doesn’t give me a good feeling about Genesis. Even the service department of purchasing dealership couldn’t squeeze me in for an appointment for late February. NCA called another dealership and their best was late January. I find this disgraceful. Overall the car is great, but it took the engineers 5 weeks to figure out and fix connectivity issues. A customer who spends $60K shouldn’t be treated this way.
