Good, though not great

Exterior design is the best aspect of GV70. Interior design is a positive as well. The downsides include very limited rear legroom thus 4 adults cannot comfortably ride in it. Exterior trim oxidized right away and lost it shine. Technology has quirkiness and glitches. Dealer promises related to service were not honored.

'24 GV70 Sport/Prestige - The Good, The Bad, The Ugy !

There is lots to like about this car and it gets complements everywhere I go (especially the interior). But like any car, it has it's shortcomings & issues. The Good: unique styling (especially the interior), roomy 2nd row, long list of features/tech, good mix of buttons/knobs + touch screen controls The Bad: some of the tech/warnings are intrusive & annoying (I have shut many off), expected better MPG for the OK power it has, definitely leans way more to the lux side than sport, HUD brightness is adjustable but does not dim with the dash at nite The Ugly: massive hood flutter on hwy especially around semi's, auto headlights & hi-beams are WAY to sensitive & not adjustable, random electronic issues do not bode well for long term reliability

2024 GV70 3.5T

The looks, style and overall slim profile won me over and the fact there's not many Genesis in my area. I've owned GMs, Jaguar, Toyota, Subaru and Lincolns. My GV70 currently has 37,000+ miles purchased 12/16/24. I'm concerned that one of two Genesis dealerships, both 1hr away, dropped their ownership of Genesis (Noblesville). Now I only have 1 dealership available. I'm very concerned about how dependable this vehicle will be in the long run.

Great Car -- Ride, Comfort, Drivability. Pep & Pickup could use a little tweaking. Fingerprint recognizability needs help. Personal setting sometimes seem to get forgotten.
